You are required to draft a 3-5 pages legal analysis on an issue from your country related to one of the three themes of the Institute (violence against women, reproductive rights, employment discrimination). The purpose of this exercise is for you to have a solid document that you can develop further throughout the year in order to transform it in an advocacy tool for promoting and protecting women’s rights in your country. We hopethat you will be able to use it, for instance, in engaging in a dialogue with competent public officials in your country, drafting a shadow letter/shadow report to a UN Treaty Monitoring Body (UNTMB), initiating a strategic litigation case, etc. Register to read more
